The B1-NR / M8-M16 Thread Rolling Head is specially designed for thread rolling operations on products with sizes ranging from M8 to M16. A VABS Thread Rolling Head can perform threading operations on products with different standards, thread sizes, and pitches. Additionally, these tools can be used for knurling and polishing operations by changing the rolling dies.

The B1-NR / M8-M16 is suitable for use with various CNC machines and rotary systems, allowing threading operations on products with different hardness levels and chemical properties, ranging from steel to titanium and aluminum to stainless steel.

This tool can perform threading operations using the rolling method on solid bar and pipe-type products. It can be used on parts of different sizes. With these features, it both strengthens the material in a short time and ensures a smooth surface finish.
