The A001-NR / M2,6-M4 Thread Rolling Head is specially designed for thread Rolling operations on products with sizes ranging from M2,6 to M8. A VABS Thread Rolling Head can perform threading operations on products with different standards, thread sizes and pitches. Additionally, these tools can be used for knurling and polishing operations by changing the rolling dies.

The A001-NR / M2,6-M4 is suitable for use with various CNC machines and rotary systems, allowing threading operations on products with different hardness and chemical properties, ranging from steel to titanium, aluminum to stainless steel.

This tool can perform threading operations using the rolling method on solid bar and pipe-type products. It can be performed on parts having different sizes. With these features, it both strengthens the material in a short time and ensures a smooth surface finish.
